Requirements

• Possess a minimum of Secondary/SPM/'O' Level certification.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in sales or a related customer service role in related field.
• Proficient in customer service skills, able to effectively handle customer inquiries and complaints, and maintain good customer relationships.
• Basic computer knowledge
• Proactive, able to work independently, responsible
• Good teamwork skills
• Basic communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with a diverse customer base.
• Ability to work onsite in South City Plaza and adhere to the company's working hours and policies.

Responsibilities

• Look for stock requested by customers and Issue sales invoice to customers
• Achieving monthly sales targets through effective sales techniques
• Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities
• Keep the stock organized
• Elevate customer complaints to the manager
