Job Description
- Demonstrated track record at least 3 years, account management, key account management or business development roles
- Exceptional proficiency in Business English Communication
- Experienced in closing sales deals through cold calling
- Proactively engage with clients on a monthly basis to nurture and expand existing customers
- Collaborate with various internal teams
- Identify opportunities and promptly address customer issues with precision
- Foster strong customer relationships to maximize their long- term value
- EPF and SOCSO contributions.
