Indoor Sales Support x 3

Location:

Bukit Tinggi, Klang.

Responsibiliti

es:

To handle inquiries and quotations, manage complaints and problems. Ensure accurate and timely data entry into the system. Track, trace, and customer feedback (Sea Freight) is required. Monitoring of complete operational process flow to ensure timely delivery to customers. Timely invoice cycle with accurate documents attachment. Sales support role and general administrative tasks. Contribute to maintaining a strong relationship with suppliers and vendors. Oversee communication, timely responses to emails, and requests (internal & external). Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Candidates must possess at least a Diploma At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the freight forwarding/shipping field is required for this position.

MUST

have knowledge in import, export & customs procedures and regulation and international incoterms. Fresh grad is welcome to apply. Computer literate (MS Excel & Ms Word) Pleasant personal, dynamic and aggressive Female and open race Need to correspondence via e-mail / Phone with China /Taiwan

Remuneration Packages:

Junior RM 2,000.00 - RM 2,500.00 Senior RM 2,800.00 - RM 3,500.00 Mon -Fri ( 9.00am - 6.00pm) Medical Insurance Coverage EPF & Socso Performance Bonus Company Trips
