Answering customers\' requests and questions.
To inform customers about product availability and product prices.
To generate a list of potential customers using leads from existing customers, business directories and trade shows.
Identify & grow new potential accounts and service existing customers.
Keeping up to date on pricing, promotion for all products, informing customers of new products and market information feedback.
Prepare quotation and follow up on sales order, payment collection, sales report and other ad-hoc work related to sales.
Coordinate and able to work closely with other departments and customer to ensure smooth processing and delivery.
Process order and check stock availability.
Any other ad hoc duties assign by management from time to time.
