Job Description
Job Overview:
To provide the most efficient planning and recommendations to support the Operations group in meeting business demand.
Responsibilities:
1.
Establish and maintain Process standards.
Conduct time study to establish Process UPH for current and new equipments or new processes. Maintain the standards and update changes when required. Recommend for improvement thru the work methods/ elements studied.
2.
Capacity Planning
Get Monthly Forecast from PC and compute Equipment and labour capacity requirement. Review overall process capacity with Operations group and highlight constraint area. Publish monthly capacity report to Operation group. Recommend equipment plan (ASE site transfer or purchase). Compute yearly capacity planning and Capex tracking.
3.
Layout Planning
Propose new layout planning implementation. For smooth material flow. New business or process introduction.
4.
Productivity Improvement
Recommend for process improvement thru work methods/ sequence. Improve cost, quality and cycle time.
5. As per assigned from time to time.
Qualification & Experience:
Degree in Engineering or Diploma with 3 years related working experience.
MUST
be able tospeak in English & Mandarin

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
