1. Objective of job
? Conduct and evaluate process data determinations as part of time studies
? Optimize production & process efficiency
2. Principle activities
? Creation and perform line balances.
? To perform manpower calculation.
? Monitoring & optimize of production process (Calculation of capacity, staff, equipment, space, etc.).
? Analyzing and optimizing motion sequences and workflows in the production area.
? Showing of potentials for improvements and forwarding it to the responsible department.
? Creation of ramp-up curve for production launch.
? Cooperate in problem solving and improvement activities.
? Support in updating the FMEA & PLP
? To support in wire robbing activity.
? To create new / optimize the process flow & visiual aids.
? Communicate with CKD plant, IS CKD team & expert related with IS topic.
? To update & analysis monthly IS KPI.
