Industrial Engineer

Job Description
:
- Analyze materials usage, scrap rates, and downtime data to propose cost-saving initiatives.
- Calculate standard and actual costs for products; maintain cost models for raw materials, labor, and overhead.
- Optimize processes using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
- Use Excel, ERP systems, and AutoCAD for data analysis, reporting, and layout design.
- Drive continuous improvement through root cause analysis and technology upgrades.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field (e.g., Mechanical, Manufacturing)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in tools like AutoCAD, Excel, ERP systems
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen principles
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Must have experience for at least 4 years
