To carry out equipment capacity studies and establishes the capacity model. To plan and co-ordinate productivity improvement plans To collect data and compile it into a factory perspective to help management to do quick review. To design Plant layout for effective space utilization To assist in setting standard cost per process. To carry out Ramp Management Equipment hook-up activities and Move-in schedules. To conduct work measurement and develop labor/machine balance charts To plan and set up production lines for new product. To prepare and control plant layout to assist lean manufacturing system implementation. To develop and monitor capacity plans. Requirements: Posses Degree or Diploma with 2 years working experience in related discipline. The areas include i.e.engineering and decision analysis, Human factors (human - machine / computer interaction,Manufacturing systems, Optimization production, distribution and material handling, Statistics. Use timestudy to set up assembly line. Able to communicate well and good organizational skills. Able to analyze difficult data and propose improvement.
