Job summary :

Supports manufacturing operations labors in Industrial engineering functions. Support the organizational goals in achieving total customer satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Studies and set up standard labor hours for manufacturing. Analyzes work methods in manufacturing process to increase productivity. Reviews the equipment capacity for full utilization. Reviews line capacity and flexibility by reducing NVA operations or using common equipment. Review SMT capacity and demand. Drive on work load leveling and process efficiency. Designs an efficient layout and material flow for manufacturing process. Set up time line and coordinate with concerned parties to get assembly line set up as required by the master schedule. Reviews equipment inventory and transfer in/out to support the requirement. Performs related work as assigned.

Requirements :

Education : B.A/B.S., B.Eng., M.A/M.S., M.Eng Experience : +5 years, +3 years, +4 years, +3 years Other requirements : Good command of English, Excellent interpersonal and Communication abilities
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
