• To be involved in planning manning ratio (layout planning, new machinery early involvement, cycle time study) and ensure that implementation is in line with the required deliverables.
• To be detail-oriented in monitoring current operations and determine more efficient processes.
• To analyze operations, designing workflows and operation processes, reducing inefficiency, line balancing and ensuring that final process meet the established quality standards.
• To be able to design systems that maximize productivity, reduce wastefulness and operation issues, are cost-efficient, and ensure high standard of quality.
• To monitor equipment health and safety and responsible for control functions and accuracy/reliability of data being required for process or reporting.
• To do improvements to issues that create a deviation from standards required and are to work closely with peers and other departments to ensure appropriate countermeasure are in place and monitored accordingly.

• Degree in related Engineering Field with at least 2 years of industrial experience.
• Critical thinking and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.
• Ability to generate report and analyze data.
• Experience in LEAN would be an advantage.
