Job Scope:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS * Manage continuous improvements projects and Lean activities and values stream mapping within the facility in order to improve overall workflow (Lean Champion),

• Develops and maintains a thorough understanding of divisional processes, product transfer documentation and business process structures
• Ability to perform Methods-Time Measurement (MTM), studies and communicate them in a meaningful manner for better operation efficiency
• Ability to modify or create CAD layouts for processes and/or facilities
• Possess the ability to identify opportunities and implement improvements.
• Demonstrates proven written & verbal communication skills
• Displays great teamwork attitude and abilities to collaborate and lead initiatives with effective influencing skills

Qualifications and requirement

• Bachelor\'s degree or Master in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering with minimum 4-6 years\' experience.

• Intermediate PC expertise (Office, Simulation, other databases)

• Proficiency in software packages such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, ) and AutoCAD

• Good understanding of Integrated Safety, Material Handling, Ergo, Process & Plant Operation

• intermediate SAP ERP use experience
