Diploma or Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field, such as mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or computer science is usually required.
Basic knowledge of computer-aided design (CAD) software, simulation software, and other analytical tools.
Problem-solving skills to analyze and identify problems and develop solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
Must be able to communicate effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders to explain technical concepts, present findings and recommendations, and collaborate on projects.
Project management skills that able to manage projects from conception to completion, including planning, organizing, presentation, scheduling, and monitoring project activities.

Responsibilities

Managing projects from conception to completion, including planning, organizing, presentation, scheduling, and monitoring project activities.
Developing and implementing solutions to improve efficiency, reduce time, and increase productivity with help of CRM software.
Conducting timely work and meet deadline on all given tasks.
