About our group:The Industrial Engineering (IE) group plays a vital role in optimizing our manufacturing processes and ensuring that we meet our operational goals. This team is responsible for analyzing workflows, improving efficiencies, and implementing best practices across production lines. Key deliverables include process optimization, cost reduction, and quality improvement to enhance productivity and deliver exceptional products to our customers.Our team culture is built on collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation. Our mission is to drive operational excellence.About the role - you will:

• Analyze production processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement to enhance productivity and reduce waste
• Conduct time studies and perform cost analysis to evaluate operational performance
• Collaborate with management and other departments to develop and implement engineering solutions
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement
• Support the implementation of Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies

About you:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field

Your experience includes:

• At least 3 years of experience in industrial engineering or process improvement roles
• Proficiency and application of AutoCAD software and statistical analysis tools
• Utilization and knowledge of KNIME, Power BI and Tableau (added advantage)
• Application and knowledge of Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies are a plus
