In your new role you will:
- Define Operational efficiency opportunity based on key TCR cost elements (Personnel, Capital & Material)
- Factor, Operation Cycle Time, UPH, OEE
- Drive manufacturing performance KPI such as OEE, UPH, MM
- Take part in various projects within segment, cross segment and within Infineon
Your profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering / Manufacturing Engineering
- More than 3 years working experience in Industrial Engineering / Planning
- Experience in work study, plant layout, material standard and headcount modeling
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to interact with individuals at various levels of the organization
- Good analytical skills, communication and presentation skills
