In your new role you will: Define Operational efficiency opportunity based on key TCR cost elements (Personnel, Capital & Material) Factor, Operation Cycle Time, UPH, OEE Drive manufacturing performance KPI such as OEE, UPH, MM Take part in various projects within segment, cross segment and within Infineon Update and maintenance of Basic IE database - Standards for Labor, Material Usage Your ProfileYou are best equipped for this task if you have: Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering / Manufacturing Engineering More than 3years working experience in Industrial Engineering / Planning Experience in work study, plant layout, material standard and headcount modeling Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to interact with individuals at various levels of the organization Good analytical skills, communication and presentation skills Proficient in PC applications and Tableau is preferred Benefits What we offer you in Melaka Melaka is our biggest production site wordwide with more than 7000 employees.
