Industrial Engineering/costing Manager
Job Description
Provides leadership and coordination on IE & Costing areas for the assigned Program/Project.
Provide guidance & coaching to the project team when needed.
Supports the present & future needs of Wolfspeed and the PM R&D Ipoh
Drive continuous improvement in efficiency and cost effectiveness.
Establish and improve costing & Efficiency models within his area of responsibility.
Proven capabilities & knowledge of IE/Costing model and management in the semiconductor industry.
Knowledge of semiconductor Suppliers, OSAT process & equipment is an advantage.
Good Management, Communication, Relationship & Team building skills are essential.
Education/Knowledge
Bachelor of Science in an IE Engineering course or any relevant field.
Skills
Proficient Managerial and computer skills
Work Experience
At least 10 to 15 years in the same or related field especially in IE/Costing Management
Excellent communications skills, must be self-motivated and a team player.
Ability to interface, convey ideas / suggestions and manage conflict constructively.
Strong project management and leadership skills.
