Purpose Statement
Support the site on lean, standard work and lean business process (LBP) programs by providing technical support as required within the BPI group.
Key Responsibilities
- Work under direction of Industrial Engineers (IE\'s) with production areas and support teams on continuous initiatives such as lean, LBP and other lean related programs such as standard work.
- Provide education on standard work to support team, manufacturing specialist and indirect staff stakeholders within the production area as required.
- Support Industrial Engineers in observations, data collection and time studies required for successful lean and standard work implementation.
- Present analysis and results of work to cross functional teams.
- Support the LBP program as required by providing technical assistance (e.g., process mapping, data gathering, process timing) to the IE\'s.
- Responsible for other projects as assigned by the company.
