Job Description

*MALAYSIAN ONLY* Responsibility: Interpret Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) risks, impacts and opportunities across various industries and along their respective value-chain. Understand and analyse sustainability risk issues, especially on climate change.
Analyse industry data and information to provide industry ratings across multiple sub-industry levels. Leverage and develop data driven insights through creative data collection and interpretation. Adopting data science tools to organize data and information into reports, statistical tables, graphs, and models at various frequencies.
Present research findings to senior management through charts, graphs, and other visual means to support informed decisions on business strategy, risk assessment, policies, products, and marketing campaigns.
Assist other departments in understanding industry views and mapping relevant industry codes to client accounts. Provide occasional training across the region Requirements: *MALAYSIAN ONLY* Experience as \'Industry Research\' specialist at least 5 years AND current
Preferred industry (for diversity in current group) - real estate, FMCG/consumer, automotive, power/energy
Industry/sector background must have multiple exposures AND good maturity of tenure in each industry (3-5 years in each)
Done research studies actively in climate change/other environmental ESG or certification under climate change/related
Personality - smart, ambitious, intellectual & analytical
Excellent communicator (and written)
