We are looking for a dynamic Influencer Engagement Executive to identify, recruit, and manage top-tier influencers and content creators. You will play a key role in expanding our talent pool, developing targeted outreach strategies, and negotiating contracts to ensure a seamless onboarding experience. Beyond scouting, you'll build strong relationships, understand creators' goals, and lead engagement initiatives to foster impactful collaborations in a thriving creator network.What You'll DoTALENT ACQUISITION

• Act as the main Talent Acquisition Partner in expanding the company's talent pool of Malaysia Influencers / Content Creators.xe2x80x9d with xe2x80x9cidentifying and researching potential Content Creators / influencers across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, RedNote, YouTube, and Facebook.
• Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to engage and recruit top-tier Creators.
• Negotiate contracts and manage the onboarding process for new talent, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
• Maintain a robust database of potential and existing talent.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging talent.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with exclusive talent, acting as their primary point of contact within the agency.
• Understand creators' needs, goals, and content strategies to maximize collaboration opportunities and foster a mutually beneficial partnership.
• Drive and Negotiate contracts' Term & Conditions discussion with Content Creators
• Organize and host events or workshops to foster community and knowledge sharing.

• Graduate Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication/Creative/Art/Marketing or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year prior experience working in Influencer agencies or experience in talent acquisition, managing content creators / influencers is preferred.
• Strong understanding of the social media landscape and influencer marketing trends.
• Highly proficient in both verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with high-profile individuals.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Existing network of macro & mega content creators will be a plus point.
