Job Summary:

Boostiny is looking for a seasoned Key Opinion Leader (KOL) Manager to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate should have substantial experience in influencer management, a deep understanding of the South East Asian market, and proficiency in either Bahasa or Malay and English. With over 5 years of experience, you will be responsible for onboarding, managing, and nurturing influencers. Your extensive network of influencers and your ability to drive their success will be pivotal in achieving our goals.

Responsibilities:

Influencer Onboarding and Management:

  • Identify and onboard influencers who align with our brands and objectives.
  • Set up influencer accounts, provide guidance on using the Boostiny dashboard, and conduct demos.
  • Allocate promotional assets to influencers and ensure they have the necessary resources for success.
Deliverable Monitoring:
  • Monitor and track influencer performance to ensure agreed-upon deliverables are met.
  • Provide timely feedback and support to influencers to optimize their campaigns and results.
Payment Handling:
  • Manage the payment process for influencers, ensuring timely and accurate compensation.
  • Handle any payment-related inquiries or concerns from influencers.
Performance Reporting:
  • Track and report Influencer-driven key performance indicators (KPIs) to the leadership team.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on influencer performance data.
Influencer Placement Packages:
  • Negotiate influencer placement packages that align with campaign objectives and budget constraints.
  • Ensure packages provide value to both the influencer and the company.
Collaborative Approach:
  • Collaborate closely with the extended team to ensure that client goals and expectations are met.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments to align strategies and optimize influencer campaigns.
Qualifications:
  • Over 5 years of experience in the South East Asian market, preferably in influencer management
  • In-depth knowledge of influencer dynamics, industry trends, and campaign strategies.
  • Proficiency in either Bahasa or Malay and English, with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated track record in influencer onboarding, management, and campaign optimization.
  • Extensive network of influencers across various niches.
  • Proactive and results-driven mindset.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
