To supervise and evaluate subordinate performance (If applicable).
To prepare duty roster for shift Staff (if applicable).
To prepare and ensure an effective on-the-job training for subordinates at all times (If applicable).
To ensure the announcement are clear and precise.
To get latest and accurate information on flight data.
To provide customers with the latest and accurate information on flight information.
To answer all calls within 3 rings, answer politely and professionally.
To carry out any directives given by airport higher authority.
