You will be supporting markets in multiple time zones and some flexibility around working hours will be needed.About RoleIn this role you will be collaborating with various stakeholders across the business including our Global Business Services (GBS) teams in Lisbon and Bogota, including internal/external stakeholders to support the ongoing business operations.Ensure Information Security (IS) management system is managed, reviewed, and continually improvedEnsure Information Asset Inventory containing sensitive data is maintained and updatedEnsuring Information is classified and protected across key systemsIdentify, report and governance over information security risksInformation security awareness plan documented and delivered, along with metrics and KPIs which demonstrate keys risks are managedRetention periods are maintained as processes and requirements changeEnsure insider risk controls are implemented and improvedDLP policy is implemented any incidents are managed appropriatelyeDiscovery and Litigation Hold requests are fulfilled timelyEnsure near misses and policy breaches are followed upon as necessary (with training)Perform project reviews as per the Infosec methodology and provide infosec risks and requirements to ensure security by design across all projectsPerform initial vendor assessment and ongoing assurance over key vendors and service providers. (IT outsourcers and SAAS)Assist in implementing the Information security strategy across ConvatecEnsuring security by design principles are adopted by project teams and key information security risks are managed via controlsAbout youAt least 4 years\' experience in Information Security related roleBachelor\'s degree in CS, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or equivalent experienceCISA and/or CISM certification and or CISSP is advantageousHands-on experience w/Information Security concepts and principlesStrong Stakeholder Management skills. You must be able to demonstrate influencing others (key stakeholders including business) through facts, policies, and practicesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsOutroOur ambitions will bring the very best out in you.
