Summary We are working with a US based educational publishing and media company. With a global presence, the company is known for its commitment to enhancing learning experiences for students of all ages. Our client specializes in developing and distributing educational materials, including books, digital resources, and classroom solutions. Our client is looking to hire an IT Business Analyst which acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams in the APAC region. Job Responsibilities Analyse business processes, gather and document requirements Ensure that IT solutions meet the needs of the organization. Translating business objectives into functional specifications for IT systems Facilitating effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Job Requirement Bachelor\'s degree in IT, MIS, Engineering or equivalent experience. 2 to 4 years of experience in IT business analysis and QA/testing or equivalent. Good command of Mandarin and English language to liaise with counterparts in other regions. Some experience in ERP (e.g. NetSuite), CRM system, digital channels (e.g. FB, Instagram), business analytics (e.g., Power BI), web solutions, mobile applications.
