Our client is looking out for an IT Business Analyst to work with their growing company to understand their business requirements and enhance their automation processes alongside. Job Responsibilities: As an internal consultant to business end-users in the area of process automation and operational efficiency. Business analyst role to determine business requirements and finding solutions within the UTSB business systems to drive process automation. Support users for Invoice Processing, User ID management, Interface file management for Esker/CODA. Involved and assist in system implementation & upgrades (EDMS, Esker). Maintain CODA Agresso report. Update report according to user\'s requirement. Requirements Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent. Minimum 3 years\' experience in IT Application support field and has experience in supporting Finance application. Hands on knowledge on SQL Server query and basic understanding of EDMS , Esker. Hands-on experience in diagnosing and enhancing the performance of SQL Server databases, including query optimization, server tuning, and monitoring aspects. Proficiency in automating database maintenance tasks using SQL and Python coding skills.
