Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components, including servers, workstations, laptops, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
Manage and maintain our organization's network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and firewalls.
Maintain software licenses and ensure compliance with licensing agreements.
Manage backups and disaster recovery procedures to ensure data integrity.
Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures to protect our organization's IT infrastructure from threats.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure the IT infrastructure meets business requirements.
Develop and maintain IT documentation, including specifications, design documents, and user manuals.
Provide training and guidance on IT hardware and software to end-users.
Monitoring network performance to determine if adjustments need to be made.
Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving hardware, software, and other IT related problems.
Undertake and perform any other ad hoc duties, task, projects assigned by the Immediate Superior, Manager and above when required.
