To assist in Audio visual /IT systems installation works for Project implementation at site including cabling, Software integration, s\xe2\x80\xa6 \xc2\xb7 Maintain and manage computer hardware, device and software asset. \xc2\xb7 Maintain and manage network device and company user\xe2\x80\x99s email. \xc2\xb7 Maintain and monitor daily server backup. \xc2\xb7 Assist in managing sales data daily synchronization. \xc2\xb7 Provide support and maintain application such as Hospital Information System, Accounting Software, Payroll System and other software as assigned. \xc2\xb7 Knowledge in PABX System/Telecommunication System, Internet System and etc. \xc2\xb7 Participate in stock take project and provide technical support (hardware & software) during stock take \xc2\xb7 Set up and configure computers and peripheral equipment such as printers, scanners, Photostat machine, Projector, Smart Board and etc. \xc2\xb7 Perform audits and tests on computer systems, networks and hardware to ensure it is functioning properly. \xc2\xb7 Respond to support requests and assist in troubleshooting any problems that arise; \xc2\xb7 Perform routine preventative maintenance to avoid system outages and failures \xc2\xb7 Train colleagues on how to effectively use computer systems and components; \xc2\xb7 Handling security updates. \xc2\xb7 System setup any activities/ events organised by company. \xc2\xb7 Any other ad-hoc assignments as assigned by Superior from time to time.
