About the Role The Operation Support Manager role will be responsible for driving operation support, functions, stakeholders to deliver across multiple projects sites and product categories, ensuring they have clear scope and service level agreement to work towards in this creative and dynamic environment. Managing day to day operations of the business unit, assessing the allocation of resources as needed Managing the operation within the stipulated SLA, managing and handling Liquidated of Damages (LD) incident and escalate accordingly Increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of the Operations Support team through improvements to identified functions. Assisting in the resolution of escalated issues, taking ownership and ensuring resolution. Acting as subject matter expert on policies, procedures, and service level agreements. Maintaining integrated cross-discipline schedules, highlighting dependencies and negotiating resolution dates with management team where necessary. Managing operation-level risks, actively identifying mitigations and escalating to the management team where appropriate. Creating action plans and negotiating with stakeholders, to solve issues quickly and pragmatically as they occur. Able to identify difference between operation issues and new change request to generate additional BAU opportunity. Working closely to set resource demand and ensure sufficient allocation. Acting as the key point of contact to communicate operation team status to a wide range of stakeholders. Building relationships with business functions globally such as, internal stakeholders, partners and vendor where appropriate and relevant. Considering a wider category view; identifying opportunities to platform design features across projects, to drive efficiencies and maximize design time. Requirements More than 3 Year(s) of experience in operation support function. Bachelor\'s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent. Preferably Manager specialized in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in operation support tools and software. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment. Ability to speak in Mandarin is a must. Have experience in telecommunication BSS systems is preferred but not a must.
