this position requires on-site support at client location

What You'll Do

As a

Support Engineer,

you'll play a critical role in delivering successful client projects:

-

Handle client interactions

professionally through calls, emails, and other communication channels.

-Record, coordinate, and manage all activities within the

Request for Services (RFS)

system.

-Continuously learn and apply technical and functional knowledge of the

Century Financials Suite

.

-Participate in maintenance visits and client meetings to address RFS issues and strengthen relationships.

-Ensure full compliance with

Service Level Agreements (SLA)

in resolving client cases.

-Update and close RFS promptly with complete and accurate documentation.

-

Take ownership

of customer issues, ensuring consistent follow-up until resolution.

-

Troubleshoot

and resolve technical or functional issues raised by clients.

-

Liaise with customers

to clarify details, define problems, and manage expectations effectively.

-

Advise

clients on functional challenges and provide sound solution recommendations.

-

Manage workload efficiently

while handling time-critical issues professionally.

-

Identify root causes

and escalate production-critical issues to appropriate teams in a timely manner.

What We're Looking For

-1-3 years of experience in

application support

, preferably in financial or ERP systems.

-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

-Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.

-Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

-Bachelor's in Software Engineering or equivalent

- Experience technical skills in Mysql

-Experience in accounting system, ERP, Acumatica (added advantage)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,610.25 per month
