Job Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Networking, Computer Science, or an equivalent field.
• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience, with a preference for candidates who have worked in the construction industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of network infrastructure, Windows Server Operating System, Virtual Server Architecture, and system security in an IT environment.
• Strong preference for candidates who are Sarawakian due to local regulations.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to evolving project requirements.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Must be willing to be based in Kuching and travel as required by project needs.

• Assist the System Manager in developing technical design documents, including technical proposals, drawings, testing procedures, project plans, and training manuals, to support ITS project deliverables.
• Project Collaboration and Meetings: Actively participate in meetings and workshops related to design, integration, and implementation, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Client, Consultant, and Vendor Interaction: Assist the System Manager in liaising with clients, consultants, and vendors, addressing inquiries and providing solutions in a timely manner.
• Progress Reporting: Regularly compile and present weekly and monthly progress reports on ITS projects, highlighting achievements and addressing any delays or issues.
• Meeting Coordination and Documentation: Organize and lead project meetings, ensuring all discussions are documented accurately in the minutes for future reference.
• Quality Control: Monitor the quality of all technical outputs and ensure compliance with project standards and client expectations.

• Salary Range: From RM 4000.00 onwards (Subject to work experience with the relevant field)

• Working Hours: 8.00am to 5.30pm
