Job Description
:
Monitoring & First-Level Support: Monitor infrastructure components (OS, databases, Azure services) and respond to alerts promptly.
Database Administration: Perform routine checks and assist with Database administration.
Azure Administration Support: Handle basic Azure tasks such as resource monitoring, user access management, and assist in deployments.
Database Support: Perform initial checks on database health, backups, and connectivity; escalate complex issues to L2/L3.
