Job Description

The Infrared Thermography (IR) Level 1 Certified Engineer / Technician is responsible for implementing a comprehensive Predictive Maintenance program meet all key performance indicators as defined.

• Performs complete thermographic surveys (IR Scan) of electrical circuit and components using a thermographic camera, including interpreting and reporting on the images taken via thermography software.
• Utilize detailed equipment assessment techniques to review significant failures, identify preventive measures, and refine strategy to sustain improvement.
• Tests and troubleshoots energized systems, controls, overload relays, pressure switches, circuits, fixtures, and ground circuits.
• Identify accepted thermal heat parameters for electrical circuits, and examine and existing installations to avoid hazardous, unsightly and unreliable wiring.
• Evaluate and implement Standard Operating Procedures to ensure simplification and accuracy of work methods and reliability of systems.
• Communicating and transferring analytical results for practical use within the organization and clients.
• Evaluate service response time and analyze clients\' service request trends and suggestions.
• Ensure feedback from client are recorded and action taken to the satisfaction of the end user.
• Pro-actively develop and manage client and business unit relationships ensuring that the expected service levels are achieved.
• Lead by example in achieving maximum client satisfaction level.
• Ensure delivery of meaningful inputs across the functional in the development of monthly management reports.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy of all information reported associated with Daily
• Report, Risk Assessment, and other imperative updates.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, with 1 - 2 years\' industrial experience in Reliability Centred Maintenance, specifically Infrared Thermography.

• Interpersonal skills with a strong client focus.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

• Strong analytical skills.

• IR Level 1 certification.

• FMEA, Statistical Process Controls, etc.
