Job Description

Responsibilities:

Perform initiation, design, planning for new IT infrastructure initiatives especially in Windows, Unix for On-premise & Cloud (AWS) & virtualization environment. Lead & troubleshoot high critical incident and problem management. Manages the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of a single end-to-end full implementation project Create and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements Adherence to Project Management disciplines such as on-time, on budget & quality delivery. Encourage teamwork, improve staff retention and foster customer relationships and satisfactions Coordinating with project sponsors and business stakeholders in the prioritization and detail of deliveries while at the same time collaborating with other project stakeholders for consistent and focus implementation Manage vendors, clients and other stakeholders in project delivery. Provide timely status updates to stakeholders and management.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering(Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent. Minimum 5 years of project management experience in IT Infrastructure projects, preferably in Banking / Financial Services industry. Preferred project exposures to Servers deployment (On-premise: physical & virtualization & Cloud)o Server Migrations OS upgrade Able to support Cloud & Collaboration Platforms such as AWS, Microsoft 365 Minimum 7-9 years of Infrastructure Operation Manager / Senior Engineer experience in Windows, Unix, virtualization, database and container platform. Must have prior actual hands-on infrastructure engineer experience prior to assuming project manager role Proven experience in leading a team of infrastructure engineers in delivering infrastructure projects Troubleshooting skill and experience Competency in Project Management, Analytical Problem Solving, Customer Relationships with experience Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proactive working styleo Working experience for onsite support in client place Excellent English communication skill Documentation skill (Excel, Power point) Diligence, punctuality and excellent working attitude

Pay: Up to RM20,000.00 per month
