We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled individual to join our IT team as an Infrastructure Technology Support Level 1 Technician. The ideal candidate will provide first level support and troubleshooting for a variety of technologies, including Windows Server, Linux, Storage, Backup and Database.
Job Responsibilities:
General Technology Support:
Provide first-level support for various IT infrastructure components. Monitor and maintain Windows/ Linux servers. Basic troubleshooting on server-related issues. Monitor IT infrastructure using various monitoring tools. Respond to alerts and take appropriate actions.
Job Requirements:
Diploma/ degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. At least 2 years of experience in IT support or related field. Familiarity with Windows Server and Linux environments. Basic understanding of monitoring tools and backup solutions.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
