Legal Feasibility Study & KYC

: Conduct legal feasibility studies and Know Your Customer (KYC) assessments on prospects and clients.

Compliance

: Ensure the company's operations and procedures comply with all legal regulations.

Document Review

: Review legal documents and correspondence to safeguard the company's interests.

Liaison with External Lawyers

: Coordinate and communicate with external legal counsel to manage various legal matters.

General Legal Matters

: Address general legal issues related to the company's operations.

Qualifications:

Education

: LLB degree.

Experience

: At least 2 years of legal related working experience. Actual practice experience is not required but will be an added advantage.

Skills

: Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with the financial services industry is a plus. Mandarin speaker is a bonus to communicate with the management team.
