Location : Ipoh Perak
Salary Package : Basic Salary + Commission
Job Scope:
- Attending walk in, call in & online customers inquiries related to projects.
- Perform all sales duties, follow up administration (till S&P sign off) and after sales service.
- Participate in activities such as project launching, and road show.
- Ensure the sales gallery & sales office\'s running in good condition.
- Attend and assist customer enquiries on property information, loan application and end-financiers.
- Conduct market survey for property, analyze and propose on the sales strategies.
- Brief and coordinate with agencies when necessary.
- Prepare sales process related documents.
- Looking for Mandarin Speaker
- Good communication skills with a customer-oriented approach.
- Able to work on weekend.
- Minimum 1-2 years\' work experience.
- Work experience in property sales is required.
- Proven success rate at levels above sales quota
