To perform in-process and bulk routine testing for products during manufacturing and packing processes.
To do sampling for bulk and finish products during production operation.
To check and record results during testing in IPQC according to the procedures.
To stop and inform any non-compliance issues found during testing in IPQC or during inspection of production operation.
To ensure all related data is recorded correctly during the stipulated time frame.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia with Science stream.
Minimum 1-year of experiences in pharmaceutical or GMP-regulated manufacturing.
Familiar with in-process inspection parameters, such as weight variation, hardness, friability, disintegration and other physical quality tests.
Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes (tablet, capsule & dry syrup product).
Good attention to detail and analytical thinking.
Responsible, proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
