Job Description

1. Perform IPQC audit by utilizing various inspection tools, record audit results in checklist/form.

2. Act accordance to reaction plan when out of spec or abnormality situations found.

3. Work with cross functional team to resolve quality issue during IPQC audit.

4. Align with PQE on the containment plan.

5. Maintain and update hold list. And perform cycle count periodically.

6. Support measurement for qualification build (such as first article inspection and visual inspection).

7. Prepare sample for external lab/sister plant for testing (functional test or any other test as defined in protocol).

8. Setup, revise and maintain measurement program (CMM, VMM and other measurement tools).

9. Perform Long Term Stability monitoring in daily basic for selected ciritcal tool.

10. Ensure no calibration overdue tool used by any personnel for measurement.

11. Coordinate and be one of the GR&R assessor for selected critical measurement tools.

12. Review measurement tools calibration report to ensure meeting internal requirement

13. Comply with standard procedures and guidelines.

14. Identify and promptly report on Safety hazards, 6S compliance issues. Keep work areas clean and organize.

15. Assist Quality Engineer/Manager in daily operations/audit.

Job Requirement

Knowledge in operating CMM, VMM and Smartscope. Knowledge in performing inspection using various inspection tools (caliper, micrometer, height gage, roughness tester, etc) Understanding of calibration and able to maintain, update measurement tool masterlist. MS Office (MS Excel) Any disipline in science stream/engineering 3 - 4 Years

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
