Job Description
- Kickstart operations of a small R&D Facility
- Manage the overall R&D projects aimed at bringing efficiency gains in terms of bioconversion and harvestability
- Spearhead new enzymes formulation and execution of test results
- Ensuring R&D test experiments are structured, and consistent with high integrity of data
- Manage the overall day-to-day operational processes in the qR&D facility
- Develop Insect Breeding and rearing Husbandry processes throughout the entire lifecycle of BSF
- Design production line and develop Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for each production activity.
- Farming and Operations strategy
- Control and quality of the process and the final product
- Coordinate and Cooperate with IFT Singapore to conduct experiments, spearhead R&D for BSF processing and production
- Supervise facility assistants/operators to ensure discipline and quality in their work
Bachelor\'s or Equivalent
