As the marketing and community manager, you oversee the marketing department by developing and coordinating marketing strategies.

• Brainstorm creative growth strategies
• Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign's overall performance.
• Develop and manage advertising campaigns and budgets for both lead generation and brand awareness
• Test, measure and optimize marketing spend to generate cost effective results through performance marketing
• Conducting customer and competitor research for our products and services for continuous improvement
• Identifying new target customer groups
• Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
• Growing the business community ecosystem through partnerships and events
• Working with the sales department to develop effective marketing strategies
• Communicating the marketing plan to ensure company wide understanding

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
• Experience in managing a marketing team
• Proven experience in creating and managing marketing campaigns and content marketing
• Experience with digital marketing with solid expertise in campaign, channel analysis and reporting.
• In-depth knowledge and understanding on content management, tracking tools and performance marketing channels
• Proven ability to manage budgets
• Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask
