Job Description

Reporting to the Deputy General Manager, the Senior Marketing and Communications Manager will be responsible for the development and implementation of integrated destination marketing communications programs and initiatives which include online and offline media, paid campaigns, influencer engagements as well as strategic marketing partnerships and events activation.

Reporting to the Deputy General Manager, the Marketing and Communications Manager will be responsible for the development and implementation of integrated destination marketing communications programs and initiatives which include online and offline media, paid campaigns, influencer engagements as well as strategic marketing partnerships and events activation.

Responsibilities :-

  • Develop, plan and manage integrated destination marketing campaigns for the resort across the full marketing mix, including online and traditional offline channels for local and international markets, and measuring and reporting on performance and impact.
  • Strategize, implement and manage content activation across a 360-channel approach including website, social media, events, direct mail, KOL/influencer/blogger activation, media buys and all other relevant platforms for the destination.
  • Brand custodian for the resort with ownership, management and continuous development of all photography/video brand assets in destination marketing's image library.
  • Oversee the creative development and adaptation of all B2B and B2C promotional materials, website content, trade show materials, advertisements etc. across all source markets whilst ensuring creative excellence and brand consistency.
  • Support the development and implementation of strategic marketing and events partnerships across the resort including active participation in relevant stakeholder meetings and events sponsorship/activation forums.

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Marketing, Communications, Brand Management, Public Relations, Advertising, Media Management
  • Demonstrated success in Marketing Communications campaigns and initiatives (an industry background in luxury brands / hospitality / tourism / agency is advantageous)
  • A self-starter who owns their role and is able to multi-task and prioritise work in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
