An exciting Senior Manager, ESG and Corporate Communications opportunity for a market leader in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and drive the implementation of sustainable and ESG strategic roadmap for the Company.
• Monitor, update and present relevant sustainability and ESG reports to the Management and Board.
• Inculcate the integration of sustainability and climate related considerations into business and operation decision.
• Collaborate with Risk Management team to drive the effective management of climate change related risks.
• Ensure the effective disclosures of relevant ESG and climate change reporting standards.
• Design and deliver knowledge sharing sessions to build capacity towards effective implementation of the ESG roadmap.

The ideal Senior Manager, ESG and Corporate Communications will be confident in leading from the front and be responsible for the growth of the company and must possess the below requirements;

Key Requirements:

• At least Bachelor\'s Degree or relevant certification
• Minimum 5 years related experience sustainability and ESG
• Strategic Planning, Sustainability Roadmap, Sustainability Reporting, Performance Management, Management Consulting
• Experience in driving sustainability adoption by companies, strong listening and communication skills, both orally and written, interpersonal & research skills
• Understanding of sustainability related standards and frameworks including the regulatory requirements by BNM
