Manage assigned partners and recruit new partners, serve as category product group expert and relationship manager for the assigned geography. \xef\x82\xa7 Assume responsibility for total account ownership for assigned partners. Creation of partner sales and business plans for growing business. \xef\x82\xa7 Partner profiling and prioritization activity and drive to meet sales goals. \xef\x82\xa7 Log partner engagement activity and contact maintenance in Suppliers database. \xef\x82\xa7 Drive Sell-Through and Distributor Run-Rate Revenue with assigned partners \xef\x82\xa7 Activate, Train and enable the mapped partners to better serve the customer. \xef\x82\xa7 Manage category based on program guidelines. \xef\x82\xa7 Provide product group successes, inhibitors and market feedback to Supplier\xe2\x80\x99s manager. \xef\x82\xa7 Act as a single point of contact for the mapped partners. \xef\x82\xa7 Provide ongoing training and resources to help enable iPBMs to be proficient on products, business development partner programs, resources, websites, etc. \xef\x82\xa7 Sell through revenue monitoring \xef\x82\xa7 Lead generation and follow-up \xef\x82\xa7 Pipeline monitoring, updates and development \xef\x82\xa7 Drive Sales Quota attainment \xef\x82\xa7 Request for special pricing and follow up on approval \xef\x82\xa7 Required native Mandarin speaker to handle China market
