:
What You\'ll Be Doing
- Pure farming role to develop accounts / no hunting required
- Responsible for the Quote to Order to Invoice Process.
- Provide expert internal and external customer service and sales support to both the Inside Sales Team and customer engagements. Handling discrepancies and recommending solutions and/or action plans.
- Support sales team with direct customer contact within Planned Demand and Quality assurance processes.
- Providing first point of escalation after initial set of expedites
- Handle branch service requests and post-delivery issues (e.g. RMA, wrong carrier)
What We Are Looking For
- Diploma with 2-3 years of relevant experience in a customer service / order processing / inside sales job function in an established organization
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PDF
- Experience within the electronics or high technology industry is an advantage
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal & communication skills
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Skill in prioritizing requests, work, and multi-tasking
