Job Requirement:
Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration / Computer Science or equivalent.
min. 1 - 2 years of relevant working experience in inside sales/tele-sales is preferred.
Target-driven with a positive and self-motivated attitude.
Basic knowledge in IT (network security) and able to speak Chinese will be an added advantage.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Job Responsibility:
Handle inbound inquiries and follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, events, etc.
Proactively make outbound calls/emails to prospective clients to introduce IT products, services, and solutions.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with internal sales and product team.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support business growth.
