Diploma in Business Administration/Electronics Engineering or other engineering discipline
Min 2 years relevant customer service experience preferably in 24/7 technical support environment in the marine industry
Good customer service and organizing skill
Good oral and written communication skills in English
Must be able to work in fast paced environment.
Meticulous and proficient in cost calculation
A self-starter and resourceful team player yet able to work independently,
Able to work with people at all levels
Able to perform shift work on weekday (allowances will be paid)
Able to work on weekend and public holiday on a rotating basis (allowances will be paid)
ResponsibilitiesPURPOSE:
Supports the Inside Sales process in order to prepare and ensure accurate commercial handling of customer request
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepares quotation based on our inhouse system for Inside Sales team.
In case of uncertainties, ensures to align with the Inside Sales Team Lead
Ensures that all object information is correct and complete in ERP system
Complete the left fields on the ticket in our ticketing system
Attaches quotation as a PDF in an internal note and assigns the ticket to the service inbox
