Proactively reach out to prospects through calls, emails, and online platforms to generate new leads.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads to identify business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
Present product/service features and benefits to customers, including upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Collaborate with Account Managers and Sales Executives to support deal registration, quotations, and negotiations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in CRM/ERP systems.
Follow up on proposals, quotations, and sales opportunities to ensure timely closure.
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide input to marketing campaigns and support promotional events/webinars.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and product knowledge.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
Proven experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer-facing roles.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and engaging prospects.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
Knowledge of IT solutions (hardware, software, or services) is an advantage.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
