To be successful in this role, you will need to have

Diploma / Degree with at least 2 years of professional IT solutions sales / consulting experience, preferably in IT surveillance.
Knowledge in IT network, surveillance infrastructure, managed services and application management selling experience is an added advantage.
Excellent communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as the role requires candidates to deal with mandarin speaking clients
Must possess own car and willing to travel.
Able to work independently and able to contribute as a team player.

You will play an important role in

To assist HOD Planning and executing sales action plans to engage prospects and follow up on prospects
Prospecting potential new customer (cold calling & emails).
Promote company existing and new products to customers.
Prepare costing quotations to customers and follow up activities to encourage timely closing of sales
To handle customer\'s enquiries & complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
To build and strengthen good rapport with customers.
Provide regular internal reports to superior to further enhance performance
