- Minimum Diploma in Marketing/Business
- Comfortable working with computers, Microsoft Excel especially. Expertise is not required.
- Proficiency in English, Mandarin, Bahasa is required. Able to communicate in Mandarin will be an advantage you are required to communicate with our Mandarin speaking clients
- Good Interaction & Communication Skills
- Independent, self- discipline and motivated
- Positive mindset
- Reply enquiries / leads from social media, whatapps, email and closing the deals by providing quality and professional services
- Dealing with customer concerns, through email, whatapps, phone
- Fully understand the product and can serves as product specialist
- Develop relationships with customers
- Creative sales activities to develop new customers database
- Recording customer feedback
- Working with team and other department members to resolve customer issues e.g. finance, payment reconciliation, deliveries
- To handle existing accounts for daily / weekly / monthly repeat sales orders.
- To develop new potential customer / dealer.
- To ensure monthly sales target are achieved.
- Perform other sales tasks as assigned by superior.
