Job Summary
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Team Lead - Inside Sales (Azure) to manage a high-performance tele-sales engine focused on Microsoft Azure Cloud solutions in the B2B market. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership and cloud sales expertise with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Required Skills & Competencies
Minimum 10+ years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role focused on Microsoft Azure or cloud-based solutions.
Hands-on experience in leading high-volume inside sales/tele-sales operations in the cloud domain.
Strong stakeholder management skills across multiple layers--clients, internal teams, and technology partners.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both English and Hindi.
Proficient in Microsoft CRM (Dynamics) and sales reporting/automation tools.
Self-starter with strong analytical skills and the ability to manage under pressure.
Microsoft certifications (AZ-900 or higher) will be a strong plus.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
