- Experience in inside sales and customer service.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with clients and suppliers.
- Familiarity with IT hardware, software, and AV solutions is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Fresh Graduated are welcome to apply too. Training will be provided.
- Conduct daily outbound calls to identify new business opportunities.
- Promote company services (IT hardware, software, AV solutions).
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Prepare and send Statements of Account (SOA) regularly.
- Follow up on outstanding payments
- Verify stock availability and ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, and proposals.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and professional business ethics.
